Terms and Conditions

Fees
A registration fee of £30 is payable with your on-line application and is non-refundable. Your course fees must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your commencement on the course. Accomodation fees are payable on arrival.

Enrolment
You may commence on the course when All Nations Langauge are in receipt of all fees and have your completed application forms, along with a signed copy of Student terms and conditions.

Payment
Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling, either by cheque or by Bank Transfer. Cheques are payable to All Nations Language School; Bank Transfers are subject to a surcharge.

Refund and cancellation policy
A total refund (less registration fee of £30) is payable when:

• a visa application has been rejected , and the letter of rejection (original) is provided
• 30 days cancellation notice is given, prior to course commencement
• evidence is produced concerning death or serious illness involving the student or his or her next-of-kin

All cancellations must be made in writing.

• If you cancel 2 weeks or more before the course begins, we will return all fees except for the deposits.
• If you cancel less than two weeks before the course begins we will return 50% of all fees.
• We do not return any money if you cancel after the start of the course. You cannot normally change the dates of the course after the start of the course.

Medical and travel insurance
Students must obtain medical and travel insurance, to cover medial treatment, loss of personal possessions, and loss of fees if you have to cancel your course. If you are from the European Union, we advise you to bring the correct documentation in order to qualify for free medical treatment.

Student Conduct
Students are required to adhere to the rules of All Nations Language School given out at enrolment and elsewhere. The College reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student, without refund, who behaves in a manner which is deemed to be unsatisfactory. In all such cases, the Home Office and the student's family will be informed.

Liability
All Nations Tutorial College is not liable for any damage sustained by students, or their property, howsoever caused, while enrolled at the College.
