Support to students

All students will be personally supported throughout their study via the network of families and the tutorial structure of the college. Should students require it, support for their Christian faith is also available through regular meetings. Other faiths can be accommodated within the boundaries of the College's prior commitment to Christianity.

Structure of the Courses

The course is designed to teach you English language that will enable you to communicate effectively in everyday life and employment, as well giving you an insight into British culture. The focus will be on speaking, listening and expanding your vocabulary, with plenty of time to practice reading and writing. Attention will be given to pronunciation, grammar and appropriacy, all of which will increase your confidence in your use of the English language

Course Levels

With a maximum class size of 8 students, you will be given personal attention by the teacher, as well as interacting with other students.

There is also an option of smaller classes.

Each level consists of a minimum of 15 teaching hours a week.

We would require you to enrol on the course for at least 2 weeks and in most circumstances would only accept students over the age of 18 years old. Under 18 year olds are accepted where accomodation does not need to be provided by the school.

We will monitor your progress through the course and advise you as to which examinations you could consider.

On arrival you will be able to purchase the course book. This will be used in your lessons along with material from the media and articles.
